Methods to activate service
THROUGH SMS
Search by Song
- Customer need to send the SMS to 56799. ( Toll Free )
- SEARCH Song name ---Send it to 56799 (Toll Free)
- If the Customer has sent sms as "SEARCH Pahala nasha" to 56799 then customer will receive an sms as
- Example:
- 1-Nasha-Naksha
- 2-Nasha-Yaar Mera
- 3-Nasha-Ak 47 4
- After that customer will reply on that Message With song code --- E.g. 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 as per customer’s choice.
Search by Movie
- Customer need to send SMS MSEARCH_movie name send to 56799 --- E.g. MSEARCH_RACE send to 56799 (Toll Free)
- After that customer will get the list of song code as
- Example:
- 1.Tum Hi Ho :- Aashiqui 2
- 2. Hum Mar Jayenge :- Aashiqui 2
- 3.Chahun Main Ya Naa :- Aashiqui 2
- 4.Bhula Dena :- Aashiqui 2
- 5.Aasan Nahin Yahan :- Aashiqui 2
- After that customer will reply on that Message with song code E.g. 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 as per customer’s choice
Search by Song code
- If customer has song code than he needs to send below mentioned SMS
- BT Song code send to 56700 (Rs 3/SMS) {First time Activate}
- BT_Song Code Or RBT Song code sends to 56700 (Rs 3/SMS) to PRBT Change.
THROUGH IVR
- If customer wants to listen the song than customer needs to dial 56700
- After dialing the number customer will get option of language selection. After that customer will get option of select category like Hindi, English, and Gujarati etc….
- And finally customer has to select the song as he per his requirement..
- Call charges would be Charges Rs.2/min.
THROUGH COPY
- Customer can copy PRBT from a south zone customer
- Customer can Press * & 9 after hearing the PRBT of the Called party. Immediately the request for either to download (for existing PRBT user ) or provisioning ( in case of non PRBT user ) will be processed
- TAT is for 24 hrs
